There will be a Background Check

NEXUS is a voluntary program available to those who pass a comprehensive background check and have no disqualifying criminal history. There is no automatic right to approval of the NEXUS regardless of nationality or citizenship and you may be refused participation in the NEXUS Program.

An Interview is Required

The NEXUS Pass Card alternative inspection program has been completely harmonized and integrated into a single travel program. NEXUS members now have crossing privileges at land, air and marine ports of entry at US and Canada borders. Under the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, the NEXUS program has been approved as an alternative to the passport for land, air and sea travel into the United States and Canada for US and Canadian citizens crossing US-Canada Borders

The NEXUS program allows pre-screened travelers expedited processing by United States and Canadian officials at dedicated processing lanes at designated northern border ports of entry on US and Canadian borders, at NEXUS kiosks at Canadian pre-clearance marine reporting locations and at airports. Approved applicants are issued a NEXUS Pass photo identification card, proximity Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card. Participants use the three modes of passage where they will either present their NEXUS card or have their iris scanned and make a declaration. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) are cooperating in this venture to simplify passage for pre-approved travelers.  Click the link to start your nexus pass online enrollment today.

Immigration TS - Nexus Service will double check your application and clarify any missing information before it is submitted for final certification to Customs and Border Protection of both the United States & Canada. All applications must be approved by the relevant departments of both the United States & Canada to qualify for the issue of a Nexus Card. The online process makes this much simpler and saves time and delays that is usually associated with paper applications to the NEXUS Program.

NEXUS Pass Requirements

You must meet the NEXUS program requirements in order to qualify for a Nexus card. Nexus applicants may not qualify for participation in the NEXUS program if they: Provide false or incomplete information on the application;

Have pending criminal charges to include outstanding warrants, or have been convicted of any criminal offense; Have been found in violation of any immigration, customs, or agriculture regulations or laws in any country; Are inadmissible to the United States under immigration regulation, including applicants with parole documentation and approved waivers of   inadmissibility or ; Are subjects of an ongoing investigation by any state, local law enforcement or federal agency; Cannot satisfy CBP officers of their low risk status or meet other program requirements;

Required Documents

Proof of Citizenship (i.e. passport, U.S. I-551 Lawful Permanent Resident Card, birth certificate, etc) and any applicable documentation or visas necessary for entry into the U.S.

All Immigration TS fees must be paid via application form payment gateway – your application cannot be processed unless you have made a service fee transaction to Immigration TS. Government certification fees will be paid using the credit card included on your application form. Government fees are non-refundable. Immigration TS fees are non-refundable once you receive your Certified Application Number.
