To ensure a faster response, please be sure to submit a message that most closely describes your question. Please include your existing membership number/PASSID and/or UserID.

Support requests/questions by non existing Immigration TS applicants or without existing membership number/PASSID and/or UserID may take longer and/or you may not receive a response until normal operations resume.

Status Updates

If you have previously applied and require a status update, Please check your email inbox, including any spam/junk folders before contacting us for any status updates.

U.S. Customs and Canada Border Services Agency have also suspended their own operations, closed enrollment centers to the public and cancelled all interviews for NEXUS at all enrollment centers until further notice.*****
