Interview Reschedule Service


You may have scheduled your NEXUS interview yourself or using our services but later you may find out that you have chosen the wrong date and time or enrollment center, Canada Traveler Services understand that due to emergencies such as, an unexpected change in travel plans. an illness in the family or urgent business demands, you may wish to your NEXUS interview. Your Trusted Traveler Nexus interview can be rescheduled online using your GOES ID and password, Which was sent to you in your conditional approval email by customs and border protection, however should you feel uncomfortable rescheduling your Nexus interview online, CTS will reschedule your interview for you.

We need you to provide the following:

1. Full names of the applicant


3. GOES password

4. Enrollment center of your choice (you may indicate multiple Enrollment center choice)

5. Dates and times you want the interview (you may indicate multiple date and time choice)

Please submit the information requested in the online form and pay the Canada Traveler Services interview reschedule fee of $19.99. CTS will reschedule your Nexus interview and email the revised date within one business day.

Please note that availability is often limited so we we’ll schedule the interview as close as possible to your original date and time, if your preferred dates/times are not available. If you want an exact time and date, please telephone the relevant enrollment center. By paying for the CTS reschedule service you agree with these Terms & Conditions. Should you need to reschedule your interview a second time, you can do so free of charge by emailing your new date and time to No refunds will be issued, Once your interview is rescheduled by Trusted Support Services.
